Sunday Mornings: Christian Education
Christian education is offered for all ages at 9:00 a.m. Adults discuss and reflect theologically on a variety of topics to strengthen our relationships with God and one another. We’re always looking for ways we can discern God’s presence in our daily lives.
During the 2006-2007 class year, our children will participate in service projects, hear Bible stories and be involved in other activities with the theme of “Loving Our Neighbors”. Class members will perform songs and skits periodically during the 10:00 worship service.
During the 10:00 service, children may attend children’s chapel, a worship service designed especially for them, or they may remain with their parents (more detail on the worship page).
Nursery care is provided during class time and the worship service.
Sunday Evenings: Education for Ministry
Education for Ministry (EFM) is a four-year program of study that gives adults an opportunity to reflect theologically on Scripture, tradition and life experience to discern where and how God is calling them to serve in the church and in the world. EFM meets from 6-9 September through May.
Midweek: Classes and Discussions
